Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days; so, you receive them within 3-7 business days.
Most of our lighting products are "Quick-Ship Items", which means that they ship out of our warehouse within 1 business day 99% of the time. We indicate that on each product page by stating, "Usually ships within 1 business day." We do, however, have some items that take just a bit longer to ship. On those product pages we state, "Usually ships within 2-3 business days."
Once your order has been packed by our Shipping Department you will receive an Order Status update email from Pegasus Associates Lighting containing information on how to track the package, or packages, in your order.
