Description of LED Battery Operated Step Light
- Bright White LED
- Batteries: uses three 1.5V alkaline C batteries (not included). (Note: 1.5V lithium C batteries are no longer being made by Duracell and Energizer.)
- Good Battery Life: has an expected battery life of over one year when alkaline batteries are used; provides about 3,300 activations [Caution: Use only alkaline batteries and do not mix old with new batteries.]
- Low-Glow Mode: uses a photocell and glows automatically when darkness is detected
- Motion Sensor Activated: motion sensor turns spotlight on to a brighter mode when motion is detected
- Automatic Shut-Off: step light automatically turns down to the low-glow mode when motion is no longer detected. Automatic shut-off setting may be adjusted to between 20 seconds and 1 minute. This feature prevents unnecessary drain on the batteries.
- Weatherproof Design: may be used indoors or outdoors
- Durable Construction: UV resistant shatter-proof ABS plastic
- Dimensions: 3.0in H x 3.75in W x 1.75in D
- Easy to Install: please refer to these Installation Instructions (PDF). Can be mounted virtually anywhere light is needed with no wiring required. A simple mounting plate, 2 screws and anchors, and installation instructions are included.
